Ruiji-Greatec offers customers a lump sum, sole-source engineering, procurement and construction package, including complete responsibility for all aspects of a project from conceptual design, through modular and conventional construction, to start-up and operator training. Our goal is to deliver your project on schedule and within budget, while achieving optimal operating efficiency and throughput.

Ruiji-Greatec was qualified as ISO9001 in the Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Supply & Services. In order to ensure that all work is carried out in a manner which provides the highest quality of service, the company has put into effect the Quality System. Ruiji-Greatec designs, builds and form a complete set various oil production process facilities for the separation and treatment of gas and oil from well head applications to refining process units, and other process support and utilities system. Technologies and process applications include gas oil separation system, gas gathering centers, heaters, heat exchangers and system, separators, electrical dehydration and desalting equipment, and electrostatic coalescers and desalters.

Ruiji-Greatec designs and constructs units for the processing of natural gas to meet pipeline requirements as well as to recover valuable liquids and other enhanced products. Technologies offered include natural gas treating, natural gas dehydration, ethane and propane liquids recovery systems.

Ruiji-Greatec provides a wide range of technologies and services to onshore and offshore oil and gas industries. Our capabilities cover nearly the entire the hydrocarbon upstream processing spectrum, from proprietary separations technology for upstream extraction, to gas process technology and production water treatment technology, and various gas/liquids electrical heater and heat exchanger.

• Project Management — Our project management team routinely delivers firm price process plant projects on schedule and within budget. Our project management system stresses communication, safety, quality, cost control, schedule, productivity and cash flow for all projects.
• Process Design Services— Our experienced engineering staffs can provide cost-effective solutions to the most challenging and complex customer requirements. Utilizing both proprietary and special design technology, we deliver responsive, innovative solutions with a reputation for efficiency, safety and environmental awareness.
• Engineering & Procurement— Ruiji-Greatec engineering staffs use computer programs and techniques to accomplish conceptual design, estimating, detailed engineering and procurement.
• Fabrication— Our one fabrication shop in Wuxi, Jiangsu and technology alliances companies, enable Ruiji-Greatec to maintain control over the quality and schedule of fabricated components. Capabilities include piping, structural steel and vessel fabrication, as well as module assembly. Process piping and structural steel are typically prefabricated to the maximum practical extent applicable for each project, whether modular or stick-built. Some process equipment and piping may be assembled on structural steel modules prior to shipment. Modules will also contain complete electrical and instrumentation supply.
• Construction & Commissioning— Ruiji-Greatec provides a full array of field construction and commissioning services for both modular/package constructed and stick-built plants, including on-site construction, construction supervision, inspection and commissioning. For large project, the combined Ruiji-Greatec and technology alliances companies construction and commissioning services provide unparalleled capability for field installation and commissioning support.
• Modular/package Fabrication— Ruiji-Greatec has the expertise and experience in system modular and equipment package construction of process plants. Ruiji-Greatec's one modular/package fabrication and assembly shops located in Wuxi, Jiangsu, and technology alliances companies, handle any size in-house design/fabrication projects or fabrication projects from outside clients. We pioneered the concept of using modular construction to minimize field labor time and cost, while providing a plant layout that is safe and accessible for operation and maintenance.
• Field Technical Services— Our experienced professionals can provide assistance to any China location during field installation, start-up and commissioning of process plants.
